Arthausworld terms & conditions
GST: All Prices listed on this site are expressed in Australian Dollars and are exclusive of GST, unless indicated.
Payment conditions and dispatch: Our standard payment terms are payments at time of order. Goods will not be dispatched before full payment is received. For your convenience payment can be made in different ways: Credit Card, Cheque, Postal Order, and on the phone, all to be made out in Australian Dollars (AUD). A direct deposit is also available. Funds may be direct deposited into our bank account. . Please remember to add freight costs when posting payment. Make all cheques or Money Orders payable to Arthausworld Pty Ltd. Goods will not be dispatched until funds in Cheques have cleared. We accept most major credit cards (except Amex or Diners card) personally. We do not accept your credit card details over the phone please contact us during business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) Monday to Friday to arrange a Direct Deposit into our Bank Account. Otherwise e-mail or surface mail if preferred. Arthausworld Pty Ltd may require additional verifications or information from you before accepting any order. If you wish your order to be fulfilled, you agree to provide these additional verifications or information.
Dispatch: Goods are usually dispatched by overnight road transport or via our delivery drivers/courriers. The cost of freight will be added to your invoice.
Inward freight must always be paid by the sender. Items returned under warranty will be returned freight-prepaid. Under no circumstances will our receiving docks accept consignments if freight cost is charged to receiver. Any such items will be returned to sender. The purchaser may choose to pick up the goods from our warehouse at Laverton North. In that event request a dispach order from the sales department.
Security: At Arthausworld we will offer a safe shopping experience online. We use the latest encryption technology to protect your online order details.
At Arthausworld, we believe your privacy is very important. Credit card details given to use will be kept in the strictest confidence and will not be released to anyone under any circumstance.
We have a secure site but in the event of an unauthorised use of your credit card, please follow the procedures that your credit card provider has given you and please contact us immediately.

Arthausworld returns & warranties conditions
Returns: Any items that are returned by the customer for any reason between the first 7 days of purchase, will incurr a handing fee of 25% of the cost of the good. The item must be returned in original condition including all packing and manufacturers instructions. Return shipping cost are also charged on all returns and payable by purchaser. PLEASE NOTE : all returned goods must have prior acceptance approval note from Arthausworld Pty Ltd.
Products wrongly received: If you receive any product that you did not place an order for, contact us immediately and we will rectify the problem at, of course, no cost to you.
Custom orders: Any goods that are made to order directly from the manufacturer can not be returned for a refund. So please in the selection process of these customized ordered products be sure of all the specifications and details.
Damaged goods: All claims for damaged goods must be reported immediately. Contact our sales department for advice.
Manufacturer's warranty: Goods sold on this site come with a Manufacturer's Warranty. Manufacturer's Warranties vary on each product and cover only material (not labor).
Manufactured defective products: If any product returned to us as a defective product and is found not to be defective, it will be subject to a handling charge and the product could possibly be returned to you.
Mispricing: Arthausworld Pty Ltd endeavours to ensure that all prices contained on the site are accurate. Where a product is listed at an inaccurate price, Arthausworld may cancel any order placed regarding the product listed at the incorrect price. If you have already been charged and your order is subsequently cancelled, Arthausworld will fully credit your account. |
